10 dec Niet verstrekken van verklaring vrijstelling mondkapjesplicht
Vanaf 1 december j.l. is het in Nederland verplicht om een niet-medisch mondmasker te dragen in alle openbare en overdekte ruimtes. Indien u wegens medische redenen niet kunt voldoen aan de mondkapjesverplichting, kunt u vallen onder de uitzonderingsregeling.
Onze praktijk zal geen verklaring schrijven om aan te tonen dat u binnen de uitzonderingsregels valt. Er zijn landelijk afspraken gemaakt, dat artsen dergelijke verklaringen niet opstellen voor hun patiënten. Meer informatie hierover kunt u lezen in het bericht van Artsenfederatie KNMG.
U kunt op diverse manieren aantonen dat u onder de uitzonderingsregeling valt:
– Download de uitzonderingskaart van Vilans en vul deze zelf aan met relevante informatie. Hier kunt u onder meer kort de reden van het niet dragen van een mondkapje en een
telefoonnummer van een naaste (familie, partner o.i.d.) op noteren die kan bevestigen dat u geen mondkapje kunt dragen;
– Indien u medicatie gebruikt, kunt u deze medicatie of een medicatiepaspoort laten zien aan de handhavingsambtenaar;
– Draag daarnaast, indien dat wel mogelijk is, een face-shield. Hiermee laat u zien dat u welwillend bent. U kunt op internet kijken waar u dit kunt kopen.
Since 1 December 2020, it is mandatory to wear non-medical masks in all public and indoor areas in the Netherlands. You might be exempted from this rule, if you cannot meet the face mask obligation due to medical reasons.
Our GP practice will not issue any medical certificates claiming you are exempted from wearing a face mask on medical grounds. In doing so, we apply the rules issued by the Royal Dutch Medical Association (KNMG). This is the professional organisation for physicians in the Netherlands. If an exemption on medical grounds is applicable to your situation, there are several ways in which you can demonstrate why you don’t wear a face mask:
· Download the exception card as suggested by Vilans and complete the card with information relevant to your situation. Briefly write down why you are not able to wear a face mask, and
also state the phone number of a relative who can confirm your reason for not wearing a face mask;
· If you use medication, you may show the medication in question and/ or a medical passport to the enforcement officer;
· Wear a face shield, if possible. This shows that your intentions are good. Face shields can be purchased online.
